Ministry Rota

What’s a rota? The rota is one of those twenty-five cent church words for ‘schedule’ or ‘roster. ’ It simply sounds far more exotic to say ‘rota. ’ On the rota you will find the list of those who are scheduled to serve on Sunday mornings for the month. It is an important schedule that everyone is urged to pay attention to on a regular basis.

You are responsible for finding substitutes when you are not able to serve as scheduled.

Once you have a substitute arranged, please email sally@saintaidan.org or call her at 415.285.9540 ext 3 to report the change. Include your name, who is subbing for you, and what specific service(s) is involved. For example, "This is Susan reader. Roger Sub will be serving as reader in my place at the 10 a.m. Eucharist on Sunday, Oct 21. I will serve in Roger's place as reader at the 10 a.m. Eucharist on Sunday, Oct 14."
